Since 1973 Sovatec Industriale  produces grids and screens for screening machines used in quarries,  mines, recycling and in many other industrial sectors.

Grids and screens can be made of:

• High tensile or stainless steel wire
• Polyurethane
• Rubber
• Perforated metal or perforated steel-rubber plates

The steel grids, in turn, are subdivided in the traditional square and rectangular meshes and in the so-called “no blinding” or “self-cleaning” types, having meshes and wire assembling very peculiar, in order to sieve materials which presents, by nature or by humidity, the risk to clog the sieves holes.

Polyurethane and rubber sieves last in operation much more time, due to the excellent anti-wearing properties of the material.
They have, moreover, the best no blinding characteristics, thanks to their elasticity.

Perforated metal can be delivered in various types of steel or rubber covered, with round, square, hexagonal or slotted holes.
